« Off to find my inner peace

Home! HOME!!

Flinders Street

I’ve been home a week now and love Melbourne more than ever before.

I don’t want to leave.

I haven’t been many places, but I’m pretty sure Melbourne is the best place to live in the WHOLE WORLD.

It’s been a quiet first week home, as I try to revert back to normal sleeping patterns and get used to the fact that I am here, the sky really can look that blue, and I’ve a whole fridgeful of baby bocconcini.

Sometimes having jif as a given, and bocconcini in the fridge is all you need to be happy. Living in a new culture takes long periods of adjustment - and sometimes that is OK and sometimes it is not. Enjoy the difference and perhaps it will give you the purpose you seem to be looking for. Have a cherry for us! Oh, yes, have a wonderful Christmas and love to M & D and Gran.xxxxx

Hi Sally, I have not been here for quite a while and a lot has taken place already.

Wow so you’re back in Australia. Have a lovely time.

Welcome back dear…I have to admit, I’d rather prefer Melbourne than Sydney (eventhough I live at Sydney right now). More artistic and lots of historical buildings.

I will visit Melbourne one day. It has already been in my schedule. You took that picture? It is quite clear, even if it was taken in the evening.

I like your clear photo and I am planning to visit Melbourne. But next year. I like the spring and summer season in Melbourne.

Long time no new post on your blog. I like to view the photos on your blog most. They were very well taken.
