Resigned!

I put in my resignation today. I had wondered a few times if it was almost time to leave and finally decided it was. 6 months in Tokyo is not so long, but long enough to do all we wanted to do.

I’m torn between being really excited about going back to Hefei, and being a little sad to be leaving.

I will finish work on the 30th of this month and then we will hang about and enjoy ourselves until late July. I must start thinking carefully about what I want to do here before we leave… I know it will sneak up on me quickly.

I KNOW I want to see that bloody Mt Fuji. I am not leaving until it has revealed itself on a day when I am around to see it.

Looks as though you sorted the alignment of thos Flickr images - if you keep this up, I’ll have a job for you!

I found lots of good stuff on Lorelle’s WP blog, thanks for the tip Johno. Now I have to think up more things to put in my side bar, just so as I can align them.

Wow, congrats!
Can’t believe you’re going back already.
I’ve been in the same place for 4 1/2 years so far!

Jeff is going to Melbourne for the summer but I decided against it as I won’t even get to see you…I’m off to Cancun next week and Vancouver a couple of weeks after though.
Hope to see you soon.
